After years and years of waiting for the flood to come, I finally came to the fact that it was not coming. So, I decided to cave in and go spend a whole lot more on a pair of jeans at t
he Buckle. I feel like a woman and is some what in style again. For years I have been searching for the right pair of jeans that fit my Daddy-Long-Legs that
weren't to expensive. I have often found myself b
uying guy jeans for the inseam, but the crotch area was bulgy. When I bought girl jeans the waist was always so big my butt would hang out when I bent over. The other day I was in the mall and walking past The Buckle. Everyone has told me that they sell long inseams. I went in just to try a pair on. I could not believe my eyes as I look into the mirror. No bulge and no butt hanging out. I was stunned. 38 inseam is what I tried on. I have never in my life had jeans that drag on the ground. When I came out of the dressing room I gave Randy 2 big thumbs up. I was hesitant to show Randy the price. Like the good man he is, he saw how happy I was and said get them. I can not believe how happy I am. What was I waiting for? The Buckle is my new place to buy jeans, I don't care what the price.

Our first tree
This is our first tree!! This year we did the sprinkler system and hydro-seeded. It took a while for our lawn to come in, but thanks to my parents and our neighbor it looks pretty good. I am excited to finish our yard next spring. One step at a time.

Adoption Rocks
This adorable boy is my nephew, Bryson. He was adopted by my sister and Brother-in-law back in March 2007. He is so lucky to have such great parents. Brock and him are the best of buddies. Bryson will always come up to Brock unexpectedly to give him a hug. These two boys both have something very special in common, they were both adopted. I am glad they have that together. I hope and pray they will be close and stay close.

Brock is 7 months
Brock is 7 months old! We can hardly believe it. He is growing so fast. His last doctor's appointment he weighed 19 lbs. He is getting his 2 bottom teeth in. They look like little chick-lets. He is rolling around every where, sitting, getting into the crawling position, and grunting low and loud. His grunts come from the pit of his stomach, it sounds like it hurts. He is so active and alert. He is getting excited when daddy comes home, and is crying when I leave the room. He makes us laugh a lot. We can not get over his blue eyes and his smile. To perfect. He is our bundle of joy. We love him so much.

2007, What?
This video is dedicated to my hard working Husband. I meant to post this way back in January, but things in our life changed when we adopted Brock (for the better of course). This video will probably be boring to some, but it will mean so much to Randy. I just have to say a few words about the video. I don't really remember 2007. We literally worked none stop on our house for 10 months. We did not do anything. No movies, no shopping, no camping, no watching T.V. etc. Randy was so dedicated to finish the house. We did the majority of the work. From framing, plumbing, electrical, flooring, finish work, concrete, and cleaning. This was the hardest thing I have ever experienced. It was fun but, I never want to do it again. People say "if your marriage can survive building a house, you can survive anything". I think that is very true. Randy is the greatest husband. When we were dating in 9th grade we had a song. It was "I Swear" by All-for-One. In the song is says "I will build your dreams with these two hands, will hang some memories on the walls." I know it's a little cheesy but, he totally did that for me. Not just building the house but, everything I have is from his hard work. I don't know if their is another person in the world that works as hard as he does. Randy, THANK YOU so much for everything I have. I am so blessed to have you as a husband. I Love You!!
