| I am excited to tell all of you I am training for the Cedar City Half Marathon in September. I have done a few 5k's and have always wanted to do a half. So here I am 2 months into training and it's going really good. I can tell my body is changing and getting stronger. If any of you runners have good advice please share. I don't know what to expect. I am excited for this! Hopefully things will continue to go good so I won't get any injuries so I can run in September. I would love to check this off my bucket list:) |
